$175 one-time nonrefundable fee per pet
$225 deposit per pet
$50/month per dog

We review these 4 items for applications at The Bessemer - Rental history (12 months for full approval; less can be conditionally approved) - Credit history (applications with credit issues can be conditionally approved) - Income (2.95 times the amount of rent for full approval; if income qualifications are not met, we could require a co-signer) - Criminal (background check approved)
