This gallery shows our apartments near Minnehaha Falls from three angles: what the homes look like inside, how the shared rooms are laid out, and what sits immediately outside on Snelling Avenue. Photos throughout capture the finish package that runs through every home, along with the Seward streetscape and the trail that runs south to the falls.
What the Photos Show at The Bessemer
Images are grouped the way the building is, with apartment interiors first, community rooms second, and the surrounding block last.
Apartment Interiors and Finishes
Interior photos show quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and white kitchen cabinets. Bedroom images capture carpeting and large closets with multiple doors. Living area shots include the sliding glass door found in balcony homes and roller shade window coverings throughout. A few interior photos are taken from homes with a downtown skyline view, which is available in select apartments only.
Community Rooms and the Terrace
Community photos cover the fireside lounge and lobby, the club room, the fitness center, and the Luxer One package room. Terrace images show the grill stations, the fire pit, and covered patio seating under a black awning. Fitness center photos show treadmills, exercise bikes, and free weights in a room with exterior windows. Fifteen community images are posted in all.
The Block Around Snelling Avenue
Exterior photos include the trail path that runs past the building and the Martin Olav Sabo Bridge in the background. One image catches a Blue Line train passing with the city skyline behind it. Others show the pedestrian path and lamp posts along the corridor just east of Hiawatha Avenue.
